Investigations
James Alan Security & Investigations Agency, Inc. has highly trained investigators for all matters.
One of the most recent success cases solved by James Alan Security & Investigations Agency, Inc. was a multi million dollar stolen rare art case out of the St. Louis, Missouri area. The rightful owners of the rare stolen art work contacted James Alan Investigations, Inc. in reference to retaining our investigative services. Once James Alan Investigations agreed to conduct the investigation for the rightful owners of the rare stolen art work, investigators were sent to the St. Louis, Missouri location with the hopes of locating the rare stolen art pieces by artists such as Pablo Picasso, abstract expressionist painters William de Kooning, Mark Rothko, Milton Avery (dubbed the American Matisse), Ukranian Cubist sculptor Alexander Archipenko, and many others. Within four days of leaving Florida and arriving in St. Louis, our investigators had located several of the pieces and had photographed those very pieces inside a private residence in a suburban home in Missouri. Our investigators also had come up with several of the key individuals who had stolen the art work and sold it to several art galleries and private citizens in Missouri. Our investigators were then able to bring this information to the local Missouri law enforcement and the local FBI. The end result was the art work being returned to our clients and the thieves pleading guilty to federal charges. The owner of Layne Consultants International quoted to a Missouri newspaper that "Artworks that are typically stolen, disappear into a private collection and never seen again," Layne said. "It's rare that they're recovered as quickly as these were."
Art work has a very low recovery rate once it is stolen and the rightful owners, our clients, are quoted as saying, "If it was not for James Alan Investigations, our life savings and retirement would have been gone forever. We could not have done this without the help of you. Thank you."
